when supply advertisements on disc please ensure ALL relevant information is included.

DVD (ROM or RAM)
Iomega Zip Disk (100mb)

APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED (ALL APPLE MACINTOSH)

Quark Xpress version 6.0 and below, Photoshop version 7.0 (files must be CMYK Macromedia version 10.0) (All fonts should be converted to paths) Illustrator files accepted (all fonts must be converted to paths and images embedded) EPS's TIF's JPEG's.

All these files are accepted (if sending another format please check with salesperson) All files will be flight checked, non conforming files will not be used. Adobe Acorbat PDF accepted and preferred. Cromalins & Digital Proofs to be supplied with films from outside source for client safety.

ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION
All copy instructions MUST include:

•URN number (unique reference number provided by sales person)
•Client name
•Publication date
•Advert size

ADS ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL ONLY IF THEY ARE JPEG, PDF, COMPLETE ARTWORK ONLY

We prefer files to be transmitted via ADS (Artwork delivery Service) software or Adf@stfiles are transmitted via AdF@st as PDF transmission using the internet.

The suppliers of FAILED ADVERTS will be contacted and asked to re-submit the work in the correct format.

ISDN and DISCS because of copyright laws relating to fonts supplied from a third party, we cannot accept adverts supplied by these methods.
